2018年12月27日晚，一则“关于学生社团马克思主义学会改组的公告”赫然出现在BBS社团文体之家版面。32名“改组发起人”空降学会，社团负责人全部更换，如此荒唐透顶的景象发生在北京大学校内，对此我们深感震惊与愤怒。

短短一天时间，在马会同学毫不知情的情况下，32名“改组发起人”、马院相关老师以及学生课外活动指导中心联手完成了从向团委发函、到召开筹备会议，到表决通过拟任负责人的，再到通过拟任负责人答辩的整个流程，其效率之高、速度之快，显然是校团委、马克思主义学院和学生课外活动指导中心试图以此方式将学会置于校园官僚管控之下。

公告如此堂而皇之地公之于众，看似底气十足，但是我们仍然不得不说其简直是千疮百孔，错漏百出。

首先，为什么涉及社团改组问题的筹备会议，竟然没有一名马会同学参加？难道同学了解社团相关事项的基本权利可以被肆意剥夺吗？

其次，公告中附录的32名改组发起人，此前从未参与过学会的活动，何以突然以学会成员身份自居，甚至是当上社团负责人？

据同学了解，32人当中不少是学生干部。其中尤为可笑的是，公告中的新任马会团支书，恰恰是此前曾频频骚扰马会同学的学生干部，国发院2016级本科生王昱博。此人曾按照上级官僚的“旨意”，屡次堵在马会同学自习教室门前，窥视、偷拍教室里的同学，结果此次改组便接任社团团支书，未免过于讽刺。我们不禁要问，他们要成立的马会到底是“马克思主义”的“马”还是“拍马屁”的“马”呢？

再者，关于公告中所述的“现任会长由于受到公安机关治安管理处罚，不具有继续担任社团负责人的资格”，不过是“欲加之罪，何患无辞”。现任会长邱占萱同学因为学会同学接触工友屡次遭到打压，因而带领同学们一起向校级领导反映情况、讨要说法，结果因此被部分官僚怀恨在心，才得到所谓的“治安管理处罚”，结果第二天回校后社团便遭到改组，难道这是机缘巧合吗？

如果再想到未名BBS和树洞上有关马会的言论被选择性删帖，以及学会不少同学（邱占萱同学首当其冲）收到校方的处分通知，那么真相已经呼之欲出了——此次改组闹剧就是一次预谋已久的针对马会的打压。

因此学校官僚以改组为名，上台一批学生干部，实际上正是想成立以官僚利益至上为指导思想的马会。可是在这个过程里，对方完全无视马会同学的意愿、违背起码的民主程序，让他们的改组显得丝毫没有合法性。

我们认为，官僚这种可耻的漠视同学的权利与意愿、漠视社团管理自由的官僚主义做派只能令全体北大师生为此蒙羞。

马会全体新老会员以及长期关注马会的热心同学都不能接受学会无故被代表、被禁言、被取缔！我们坚决反对官僚的改组，我们将坚持保卫社团，保卫属于所有社团成员的学习实践马克思主义的一方净土！

寒冬已至，我们已经做好准备。面对如此卑劣的改组行为，我们将与之斗争到底，希望更多同学的支持和帮助！

岂曰无衣，与子同袍！

In the evening of December 27, 2018, an “Announcement of Reorganizing PKU Marxist Society” (PKU Marxist Society is a student organization of Peking University) appeared on the BBS of Peking University. There are 32 new members installed by the bureaucracy of Peking University without any support from the previous members of the Society. This Announcement is so ridiculous that we are shocked and beyond anger.

When the students of Marxist society weren’t informed, the 32 so-called “reorganizing members”, Marxism college, and Student Activity Guidance Center jointly completed all of formalities from filing the application, holding the preparatory meeting, drafting the person in charge, to the person in charge taking the appointment, in just one day. The process was abnormal that we cannot accept it. Obviously, it is impossible to happen without the assistance from the school authority. What they did is to let the bureaucracy control this student organization.

The announcement is so arrogant and ignores the will and violates the rights of current MSPKU members.

First, why was no student from MS invited to the reorganization meeting? Why is the right of student organization members deliberately deprived?

Secondly, the 32 so-called “reorganizing members” in the announcement have never participated in our previous activities. Why did they suddenly become members of this student organization and even take the leadership.

According to their classmates, many of the 32 are school-appointed student ‘officials’. What is particularly ridiculous is that the newly appointed leader in the announcement is the person who had frequently harassed the Marxist society students, faithfully following the order of university bureaucrats. They peeked and reported our activities in many occassions. If they are qualified to join MSPKU, the organization is indeed a Mapi (ass-kissing) society.

Furthermore, as stated in the announcement, “the current president is subject to the public security administration’s charge, and is not qualified to continue to serve as the leader of the association”. This is the retaliation from bureaucrats of Peking University. The current president, Qiu Zhanqi, was repeatedly harassed by the school authority, due to his involvement in helping campus workers. He led the students to report the violation of workers’ rights to the school officials. As a result, some bureaucrats hated him and used the so-called “provocative misbehavior” to detain him. After his release, MSPKU was reorganized. What a coincidence!

Therefore, the school bureaucrats, in the name of reorganization, wanted to set up a student organization which follow the bureaucratic interests. They completely ignored the will of the MSPKU members and violated the basic democratic procedures, thus their reorganization have no legitimacy!

We believe that the bureaucratic foolish action can only leave shame in the history for all PKUers to despise.

All the ex- and current members of the Marxism Society and our enthusiastic supporters cannot accept the fact of being represented, silenced, and banned for no reason! We resolutely oppose the reorganization by the bureaucracy. We will persist in defending our own Marxism Society!

The winter is passing and we are ready to embrace the spring. We will fight against the oppression in any form, and

come on fellow students, support us!
